881 Swimming Pool

Two thousand square metres of vacant land is a rarity in the highly desirable suburb of Armadale. However, this was the case at 881 High Street, formerly used to simply store outdoor sculpture and furniture for an adjoining showroom. Abutting a railway line, the site was also unusual in that half was zoned commercial, while the other portion was residential. Although the frontage extends across busy High Street, the rear and northern-facing aspect enjoys unimpeded views to Port Phillip Bay, the city skyline and even the Dandenong Ranges on a clear day.
