881 is a crafted building of seven storeys on High Street Armadale. The long narrow site faces north and is subject to strict local height controls. The heavy bluestone facade to high Street is deliberately sculptural with deep reveals and winter gardens designed to enhance the amenity of the apartments fronting High Street. A solar-heated pool and rooftop oasis sits three storeys above Osment street and provides sunlight, views and recreation space for the 70 dwellings to share.
